Research:

This is the family of Joshua Coogan of County Meath, Ireland.  
He emigrated to the United States in the mid Nineteenth Century
and lived in New York before enlisting in the US Army.  He
served for many years at the Presidio in San Francisco and went
to the Philippines during the Spanish American War.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
