Research:

This is the family of Mary Coogan.  She was born in Ireland and 
appears to have been living in County Meath in 1841.  Later, she 
emigrated to the United States with her husband, Anthony Burke.  
The family settled in Connecticut (or, possibly, Rhode Island).

Descendants of this family eventually moved to Iowa and Kansas.

This family probably has connections with the Navan families - the
marriage of Mary and Anthony appears in the records of the 
Johnstown Parish.

Elizabeth is a direct descendant of Mary Coogan.
