Research:

This is the Coogan family of Rectir [or Lectire], County Meath.  The
first members of this family to emigrate were siblings, Thomas Coogan
and Julia Coogan.  Their mother, Mary [ ] Coogan, later moved to the
United States to live with Thomas.

The family settled in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania - residing in
the towns of Jenkintown (AKA Shoemaker-town ?).

This family has also been found as CUGAN.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
